Congratulations to Our VP John Romano and his 1968 GTO!

Hi Guy’s…Last year, while reading the latest publication of our International Pontiac Club Magazine (Smoke Signals). I found a request for Original Owners of Pontiac Cars to contact Jack Anderson @ POCI. 

After a 30 minute discussion, I was informed that they offered a Original Owner Award at the yearly Car Show Convention.

In order to qualify for the Award I needed to provide the following documentation:

Continuous ownership of the 1968 Pontiac GTO; Original Documentation, State Registrations, State Insurance, State Inspections, Maintenance Invoices and Vintage and Current Photos and more

Documentation was provided to POCI for their review. Early January 2024, I was notified that the 1968 Pontiac GTO was Certified as a Original Owned GTO.              

I called Jack and mentioned we could not attend the 2024 Convention.                        

His response was No Problem. I will ship the Award to your home. 

In February 2024, I was invited to join a newly formed Chapter of the POCI…  Original Owners…100 members (50 States). 

Yesterday morning we received a Box from in the mail! 

Judy wanted to know if I ordered some thing from Amazon?

We opened the box and were pleasantly surprised!
